1. Who we are

Quran Reels Studio (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the browser-based video editor available on it. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. Contact us at support@quranreelsone.com with any question about it.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address, and the display name and avatar supplied by Google when you sign in with Google.

Product data: reel projects you choose to save (surah, verse range, reciter, styling and background settings) and a record of each video export, including its date, format, resolution and bitrate.

Billing data: subscription status, plan, renewal date and billing events. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout pages and are never received or stored by us.

Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, kept for security and abuse prevention.

3. Why we use it

To create and secure your account, to save and reload your projects, to answer support requests, and to keep the service reliable and free of abuse. The service is free to use and we do not collect or process payment information.

Our legal bases are performance of the contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security and service improvement) and consent where required.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary storage to keep you signed in and to remember your export presets in your browser.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at www.google.com/settings/ads, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent notice before any non-essential cookie is set, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing site data.

5. Sharing and processors

We share data only with the providers that run the service: our hosting and database provider, Google for optional sign-in, and Google AdSense for advertising. Quran text, translation and audio sources, and the Pexels and Pixabay media APIs, receive only the request needed to return content — never your account details. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account and project records are kept while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your profile, saved projects and export history within 30 days, except records we must retain by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@quranreelsone.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the service changes. The revision date below always reflects the current version.
