Support and bug reports

Export failed, audio out of sync, a reciter not loading? Send the surah and verse range you used, your browser, and the export settings. We answer support mail within two business days.

Billing and subscriptions

The studio is free and there is no billing. If you were ever charged or see anything unexpected on your account, contact us and we will look into it.

Content corrections and takedowns

If a verse, translation or reciter attribution is wrong, or you hold rights to material shown on this site, contact us and we will review and act on it promptly.

Privacy requests

Ask for a copy of your data or for your account and saved projects to be deleted. We process verified requests within 30 days.

Quran Reels Studio is operated as an independent online service. All correspondence is handled by email; we do not offer phone support.
